Dieting was not something that I would do ever before in this life. But now, I work hard for it like the whole dieting is my life, my virtue. I just quite not believing that I stick to my diet plan and actually lose some weight in these past few days. :D
Food I ate today:
Two slices of sandwiches
'Siput sedut'
Grilled 'ikan pari' with sour sauce
3 pieces of Milo 'agar2'
3 pieces of fried 'cempedak,
Ok, I know that they are not that low in calories. But that is the best I could do. I really hope that I can achieve normal BMI and be pretty like other girls. So guys, pray for me.
